Prices
The cost for our complete professional service is 800$ + Tax.
This includes the travel mileage from our office to your new home.
We also offer a <<pre-drywall inspection>>. This consists of performing a blower door test before the drywall is installed. This allows us to inspect if the vapour barrier has been well installed and also to find any air leakage areas that could be sealed.
We highly recommend this since it is the best time to seal up the house before the finishing phase. Having a "Tight House" will not only help you save money but also make your home more comfortable and help control the humidity levels in the house.
